ALL BLACK CATS? WHY?
The change we have introduced after the very first, four months lockdown. We re-homed up to 34 cats before the global pandemic happened. During the time of pause, we had some time for reflection. Black cats are often taken for granted, especially in shelters. Many are put down to sleep, because lack of their popularity & very low percentage of being adopted. There is also a myth surrounding black cats, that if one crosses your path, it is unlucky. We wanted to help, & create more awareness that they are no different. Black cats deserve a new loving home too, instead of being rejected only because the colour of their fluff or some superstitions behind it...where we believe that if cat is crossing your path, it simply means he is going somewhere ;-).
